Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead a line-clearance crew in field operations. The role emphasizes safety, equipment operation, daily planning, and customer coordination on storm response and maintenance work.

You will oversee training, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA requirements while driving performance and customer satisfaction in a demanding outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of related industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees by climbing or from ground with tools.
• Operates and services equipment such as saws, chippers, and bucket trucks.
• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for crew after orders from a supervisor.
• Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training.
• Maintains records and reports related to crew performance.
