Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to manage daily operations, ensure productivity, and enforce safety protocols among the crew. This full-time position involves coordinating work assignments, conducting training, and maintaining customer relations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, along with a minimum of 3120 hours of experience in the line clearance industry.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• A minimum of 3120 hours of working experience in the line clearance industry is required.
• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew.
• Conducts field training and instructs crew on job units.
• Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training.
• Maintains accurate records and reports related to crew operations.
• Controls crew costs and promotes good customer relations.
