Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years' experience on tree trimming or clearing crews.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid First-Aid and CPR cards required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and DOT medical card as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct oversight and supervision of line clearance crew members with task assignments and performance coaching.
• Adheres to safety practices, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinates with HR on hiring, discipline, and employment matters.
• Obtains and interprets maps and work orders for crew tasks and locations.
• Maintains crew production records, timesheets, and cost controls.
• Maintains customer relations through courteous communication and professional conduct.
