Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a General Foreperson in Minnesota to drive daily operations, coordinate hiring needs, set deadlines, and enforce safety protocols across crews. You will troubleshoot site issues, mentor staff and contractors, and ensure training compliance.

The role emphasizes strong communication with clients, managers, and field teams, plus hands-on supervision of work, safety adherence, and training execution.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older and capable of reading prints and following job specs.
• Able to work safely, read plans, and apply critical thinking to identify hazards.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and reporting in customer systems.
• Possess a valid CDL license as a road/travel requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily communication with client representatives, contractors, and agencies to obtain work permissions.
• Carry out job-site inspections, maintain safe conditions and mitigate hazards.
• Manage job cost control and invoice reconciliation.
• Interpret orders and maintain accurate work reporting in the customer system.
• Direct emergencies and assist with incident reports and investigations.
• Direct/supervise crews on new tasks, production, and safety practices.
• Administer training and disciplinary actions per policy.
• Participate in regional safety trainings and follow safety policy guidelines.
