Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience on tree trimming/clearing crews or completed applicable skill assessments.
• Strong leadership, supervision and coaching abilities for crew members.
• Solid knowledge of ANSI Z133.1 and ANSI A300 standards and OSHA safety rules.

Responsabilités

• Direct oversight of line clearance crew, including task assignments and performance coaching.
• Ensure safety training, pre-job briefings and OSHA compliance on site.
• Coordinate with HR on hiring, discipline and leaves, and manage employee relations.
• Interpret maps and drawings to guide daily work orders for tree trimming and removals.
• Maintain crew records, timesheets and cost control while meeting production goals.
