Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Florida Professional Engineer license required.
• 20+ years in transportation engineering, planning, design or consulting.
• Strong Florida market presence and client network.
• Proven success winning and delivering transportation projects.
• Experience with FDOT, municipalities, counties, MPOs or similar public-sector clients.
• Demonstrated leadership growing teams, offices, or practice areas.
• Strong business development, communication and relationship skills.
