Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Transportation Leader for Florida to guide the growth of the transportation practice across the state. This senior role combines practice leadership, client relationship management, and strategic delivery oversight to expand the firm’s presence in roadway, drainage, planning, and traffic operations.

The ideal candidate will have deep Florida experience, proven client networks, and a track record of team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Florida is required.
• Typically 20 years of progressive transportation engineering experience.
• Strong Florida transportation market experience and relationships with FDOT, municipalities, counties, MPOs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a Florida transportation market strategy.
• Lead business planning for the Florida transportation practice.
• Build and expand Pape-Dawson’s transportation presence in Florida markets.
• Lead strategic pursuits, proposals, and client meetings.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure quality, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor staff and develop emerging leaders.
