Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Florida required.
- 20+ years of progressive transportation engineering, planning, design, or consulting experience.
- Strong relationships with FDOT, municipalities, counties, MPOs, or regional transportation agencies.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and win transportation work.
Responsibilities
- Lead market strategy and growth for Florida transportation practice.
- Develop and manage client accounts and strategic pursuits.
- Provide senior technical guidance and project delivery oversight.
- Mentor staff and develop leadership pipeline.
- Oversee budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics.
- Represent the firm at industry events and professional associations.
