Jobot is seeking an accomplished transportation leader to drive Florida market growth and strengthen client relationships across the Southeast. This national engineering and infrastructure firm offers stability, executive visibility, and opportunities to shape a statewide practice while delivering complex transportation programs.

You will lead projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with public-sector clients to improve mobility and safety across Florida communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Florida PE license required.
• 20+ years of transportation engineering, planning, design, or consulting experience.

• Transportation practice growth and market expansion
• Business development, capture planning, and strategic pursuits
• Executive-level client relationship management
• Transportation planning, roadway, drainage, traffic, ITS, and multimodal infrastructure projects
