• Ensure Beneficiary Travel office staff provide transportation to beneficiaries and attendants.
• Plan, assign, and review work; provide initial and remedial training as needed.
• Oversee transportation assistants performing administrative functions and determine eligibility.
• Contact approving officials to authorize obligations and movements of funds; manage fund control points.
• Review CPRS to examine medical records and delegate necessary authority.
• Distribute workload and report productivity to Supervisor; monitor backlogs.
