Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Manager, Project Planning and Scheduling to lead the team that plans and schedules complex electric power infrastructure projects for the Transmission Organization. You will oversee the full project life cycle—from initiating to close-out—and drive monthly performance tracking, schedule risk identification, and forecast accuracy.

The role requires 10–12 years of related experience (5+ years as a PM), a Bachelor's in Engineering/Accounting/Finance/Business (MBA preferred),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA desirable.
• 10–12 years related experience with 5+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience with Primavera and Unifier Project Controls.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and scheduling across the project life cycle.
• Produce monthly project performance tracking and reporting.
• Lead planning, scheduling analytics and KPI reporting.
• Manage team workload, training, and performance evaluations.
