Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Manager, Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling to lead the team responsible for planning and scheduling complex electric power infrastructure projects within the Transmission Organization. You will oversee scheduling across the entire project life cycle and drive monthly performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of related experience, strong PM/controls background, and expertise in Primavera/Unifier.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of related experience; 5+ years as a Project Manager or equivalent.
• Experience with Primavera/Unifier or other PMIS is highly desirable.
• Management of large complex multi-year projects and scheduling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scheduling across initiation to closeout for Transmission projects.
• Oversee schedule analytics, risk, and reporting to guide decision making.
• Develop and maintain project KPIs and reporting templates; manage baselines and change control.
