Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Lead Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling to support Transmission in Westwood, MA. The Lead will head the Planning & Scheduling Team, directing development of baseline schedules for capital projects from PAF to close-out.

Responsibilities include producing schedules, cost reports, performance tools, and dashboards; coordinating with Engineering, Procurement and Legal; and ensuring schedules are accurate, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years related experience including 5 years supervising teams.
• Experience as Oracle Primavera P6 advanced user and training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and leads a dynamic team to meet department and strategic needs.
• Develops and maintains accurate, credible project schedules and status.
• Monitors external vendor schedule performance and coordinates with vendors.
• Produces schedules, cost reports and performance dashboards.
• Ensures cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Procurement and Legal.
