Eversource Energy is seeking a Lead Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling to lead the Transmission Project Controls Planning & Scheduling team. You will oversee baseline schedules, cost reports, and performance tools across Transmission and Engineering, ensuring projects are on time and on budget while managing risk.

This hybrid role may involve coordinating with multiple sites including MA, CT, and NH. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling excellence, and collaboration with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent degree or experience.
• 10+ years of related experience with at least 5 years in supervising/dleading cross-functional teams.
• Oracle Primavera P6 advanced user, administrator, and trainer preferred.
• Electrical Transmission and Distribution planning/scheduling experience preferred.
• PMP and Primavera P6 certifications desirable.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a dynamic, cohesive team to meet department needs.
• Develop and maintain an accurate schedule and status of assigned activities.
• Produce project schedules, cost reports and performance tools.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Transmission leaders to align projects and baselines.
• Monitor external vendor schedule performance and coordinate with vendors.
