Job summary

Eversource Energy in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced scheduling leader to develop and manage an integrated Master Schedule for Electric Operations, coordinating engineering, planning and construction activities across the territory.

You will oversee resource forecasting, staffing, and reporting, ensuring timely, cost-efficient completion of capital projects, with travel between MA/CT/NH as needed. A 10+ year background in transmission/distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience required.
• Experience managing transmission/distribution groups and union workforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized Master Schedule for Electric Operations to improve performance.
• Plan work schedules, resources, forecasts, and coordination with other processes.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to scheduling standards for projects.
• Develop annual resource forecasts and integrate engineering/design support.
• Lead contract strategy and management philosophy to minimize cost.
• Develop governance within scheduling tool (Primavera) and reporting.
• Manage restoration efforts in collaboration with leadership.
• Coach and develop area staff with accountability.
