Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Lead Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling to guide a regional team across Transmission and Engineering portfolios. You will drive schedule baselines, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for capital programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in Primavera P6, Maximo, Ariba, and data visualization with Power BI. Hybrid work is supported with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent degree or experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Builds and leads a dynamic, cohesive team to meet the department and strategic needs of Eversource.
• Produces, maintains, and reports on transmission and engineering metrics/dashboards including schedule performance, productivity, resource loading and other key metrics.
• Oversees the work activity of the Transmission & Engineering Planning & Scheduling Team and allocates tasks, training, and problem resolution.
