Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, or an associate degree with >7 years transformer/substation experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in project management with transformer services or heavy industrial equipment.
• Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of transformer service projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serve as primary customer contact and manage expectations throughout project execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks with contingency planning.
• Monitor progress with KPIs and report to management.
• Manage budgets and approve expenditures for cost-effective delivery.
• Support post-project reviews and process improvements.
