Job summary

HTSS, Inc. in Providence, RI is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive training curriculum, including ILT modules, job aids, assessments, and e-learning assets to enhance the customer experience.

You will collaborate with operations and product teams to identify training gaps, track participation and outcomes, and continuously refine materials. This temporary role is expected to last through year-end, with potential extension based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of progressive training experience.
• Ability to develop and facilitate technical and operational training programs.
• Strong facilitation, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute training programs including ILT and e-learning assets.
• Facilitate training sessions for Contact Center teams.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to identify training gaps.
• Track program participation, assessment results, and retraining needs.
• Report on program effectiveness and improvements.
• Enhance training materials based on evaluations.
• Stay current with LMS and training best practices.
• Build relationships to keep programs relevant.
