Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience developing competency-based training using Articulate 360.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and training metrics.
• Knowledge of curriculum governance, documentation, and version control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized course syllabi for training programs.
• Review and update training materials to align with procedures and requirements.
• Create on-the-job training guides for instructors.
• Develop learning objectives, lesson plans, and performance measures.
• Maintain training records to support regulatory compliance.
• Design trainee performance-tracking and progression-monitoring tools.
• Develop competency matrices and qualification readiness processes.
• Standardize curriculum structures and materials.
• Create management-level reports on trainee progress and curriculum status.
• Support curriculum governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Research and implement training technologies to improve quality.
• Collaborate with instructors, SMEs, and leadership.
• Develop accurate training documentation for projects.
• Coordinate work activities to meet project requirements.
• Travel between Dallas, Irving, and Fort Worth locations as needed.
