Job summary

Training Specialist

Johnston, RI | $30–$40/hr | Hybrid Long-Term Temporary – Approx. 1 Year

Potential Temp-to-Hire HTSS is hiring an experienced Training Specialist for a long-term opportunity with a large utility company in Johnston, RI. This is a hybrid role, typically Tuesday–Thursday in the office, with some flexibility. We’re looking for someone who can develop training content, deliver training, and become a subject matter expert on the systems and processes they support.

What You’ll Do
