Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Learning Content Designer to develop engaging training materials that meet defined learning objectives and apply adult learning principles. You will analyze learner needs, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure content quality throughout the design cycle.

From onboarding to launch, you will manage milestones, translations, and feedback, and evaluate impact to drive improvements. You will also conduct train-the-trainers sign-offs and ensure smooth rollout across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience designing learning materials aligned to defined objectives.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles.
• Ability to manage content development milestones and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Analyze role-specific learner needs and craft measurable learning objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop or update learning content.
• Proactively manage the content development process including milestones, risks, review cycles, feedback and QA.
• Manage and monitor deliverables through implementation, translation, and launch with regular status updates to teams.
• Evaluate learning content using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive improvements.
• Conduct train-the-trainers and sign-offs.
