Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of education or training experience, plus one additional year in software for rapid course development.
  • Master's degree in adult education or human resource development with one extra year in rapid development software.
  • Experience with designing and delivering training using adult education principles.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares lesson plans, training guides, manuals, slides and videos for training.
  • Determines training needs via surveys, interviews, or requests and coordinates programs.
  • Schedules classes, workshops, and seminars and conducts training sessions.
  • Counsels employees on training opportunities and eligibility requirements.
  • Evaluates training results and updates materials as needed.
