Qualifications

• Portfolio of past work required.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality learning content across formats.
• Translate complex information into clear, learner-friendly content.
• Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and stakeholders to validate content accuracy.
• Apply brand, accessibility, and design standards for consistency.
• Support video scripting, storyboarding, and basic editing.
• Maintain content libraries, templates, and reusable assets.
• Review content based on feedback and changing needs.
• Leverage AI, Microsoft 365, and Adobe CC to improve quality and efficiency.
• Manage content projects from intake to delivery.
