Job summary

Crum & Forster's Travel Insured International unit is hiring a Lead Trainer on the HR & Training Team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering training programs to ensure service excellence across the organization.

You will drive onboarding, upskilling, and change leadership in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. The position is hybrid (1-2 days in the Glastonbury, CT office) with flexibility for 100% remote candidates on EST hours.

Qualifications
