Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel seeks a Senior Traffic Control Specialist to oversee vehicle and pedestrian flow, direct shuttle and VIP transport, and manage valet operations under the Transportation Department.

Under the Supervisor, Transportation, you will direct traffic, ensure safety, uphold service standards, and collaborate with leadership to maintain smooth shift operations in a busy, casino resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years driving experience required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic to minimize congestion and ensure safe flow in parking structures and roadways.
• Transport passengers via commercial and VIP vehicles; perform valet attendant duties.
• Adhere to California vehicle code and safety regulations; conduct daily vehicle inspections and report concerns.
• Provide hospitality during guest interactions with a time-based, authentic greeting and professional demeanor.
• Support day-to-day shift operations of the Transportation department to ensure seamless service.
