Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Senior Traffic Control Specialist to direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic, transport guests via VIP vehicles, and perform valet duties. You will support shift operations in the Transportation department to deliver seamless, best-in-class guest experiences.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of driving experience, and a commitment to safety and hospitality in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum two (2) years driving experience required.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Responsibilities

Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic to minimize congestion and ensure safe flow in parking structures and roadways.
Operate guest and company vehicles following applicable laws, delivering best-in-class service.
Comply with California rules for passenger carriers and complete pre/post trip vehicle inspections.
Interact with guests with hospitality and professionalism, greeting and thanking guests by name.
Perform other duties to support efficient department operations.
