Job summary

San Manuel is seeking a Senior Traffic Control Specialist to direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic, transport guests via shuttle vehicles, and perform valet duties. You will assist leadership with day-to-day shift operations within the Transportation department to ensure best-in-class service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least two years of driving and customer service experience, and a California CDL Class C with passenger endorsement if applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years driving experience required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• California Commercial Driver’s License, Class C or higher, with a passenger endorsement is required or may be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic in parking structures and roadways to minimize congestion.
• Adhere to valet protocols and operate guest/company vehicles following CA vehicle code.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and report issues to management.
• Provide hospitality and professional guest interactions, using guest names and thanking guests.
• Support shift operations and department efficiency as needed.
