Job summary

San Manuel is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant/Driver to guide guests safely and efficiently through parking areas and hotel grounds. You will direct vehicle movement, perform daily safety checks, and ensure guests experience top-tier hospitality.

Responsibilities include adhering to California driving laws, delivering service standards, and communicating congestion hazards to leadership. Prior guest service and driving experience are preferred; CDL with passenger endorsement may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years driving experience required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and directs all vehicle movement to minimize congestion and ensure safe traffic flow in parking structures and roadways.
• Operates guest and company vehicles according to California vehicle code and company service standards.
• Completes daily vehicle inspections and reports safety concerns to management.
• Provides guests with hospitality-focused interactions and professional communication.
• Performs other duties to support department operations.
