Job summary

ZT Systems in the United States is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager for Test Engineering to lead cross‑functional efforts and continuously improve manufacturing tests across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to solve challenges and drive execution. The role requires 8+ years at Staff+ level, strong strategic and analytical skills, and experience in test automation and liquid cooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience at Staff+ level across large programs.
• Proven ability to define and execute engineering strategy.
• Track record of driving measurable business outcomes with cost, yield, quality, and scalability.
• Ability to drive alignment, hold teams accountable, and deliver results.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven decisions.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects from concept to production.
• Understanding of manufacturing test processes, test automation, and liquid cooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long‑term test engineering and manufacturing test strategy across programs.
• Own roadmap planning for test infrastructure, automation, and quality systems.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment to ensure scalable test solutions.
• Lead strategic engagements with customers, suppliers, and partners to define joint roadmaps.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, customers, and partners to resolve challenges.
• Use data insights to diagnose issues and implement improvements.
• Lead end‑to‑end test engineering programs for quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure changes are implemented with minimal disruption to production.
