Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide a world-class guest experience in the humidor and lounges, serving as a Casa de Montecristo brand ambassador.
• Build relationships with customers and effectively communicate product features and promotions.
• Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results and strive to exceed sales and KPI goals as a trusted tobacconist.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.
• Assist in leading the store operations and implement corporate initiatives efficiently.
• Follow SOPs and manage daily opening/closing tasks, including cash handling.
• Lead a team in compliance with state and local regulations.
• Maintain visual and cleanliness standards to support the brand image and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
