Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club seeks a Lead, Ticketing & Development to oversee credentialing, ticket procedures, and related systems for events. The role guides staff, coordinates gate security and attendance, and collaborates with IT to optimize ticketing operations.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing credentialing processes, preparing training materials, and producing reports for stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality of Club information.

• Experience with ticketing operations and credentialing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and optimization of ticketing and credential systems with IT and management.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to identify trends, optimize operations, and generate reports.
• Develop plans to scale ticketing operations for growing events.
• Coordinate Tournament workforce under the Manager's direction.
• Process internal credential requests (badges, tickets, parking) per procedures.
• Lead staff in the Manager's absence and provide guidance.
• Support public ticket databases and credential distribution (tickets, badges, parking, pins).
• Assist in training materials and staff training on responsibilities and policy changes.
• Assist with purchasing and inventory of credential supplies and literature; coordinate packaging designs.
• Provide support for main ticketing channels and ensure smooth processes and reporting.
• Maintain credential information in databases per guidelines.
• Assist with ticket/badge/parking cancellations and replacements; prepare related reports.
• Support key gate areas during events (registration, credential distribution, gate activity).
• Resolve credential interviews and violations with Security as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Acknowledge physical demands of the role.
