Job summary

The United States Golf Association (USGA) is seeking an intern for Long-Term Ticket Operations and Accreditation. Based in Liberty Corner, NJ, you will support ticketing, credentials and admissions across championships, including U.S.

Open events, with extensive travel during peak weeks. You’ll learn SeatGeek and Unify, manage gate operations, assist with box office and provide outstanding guest service while working a hybrid schedule in Liberty Corner, NJ.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with live events, ticketing, customer service and/or operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for mobile ticket resolution for groups and fans.
• Learn SeatGeek and Unify platforms and assist with ticket offers.
• Use Freshworks to update chatbot info and answer inquiries via email, phone and chat.
• Create tutorials, guides and FAQs for public use.
• Maintain records and reports on ticket utilization and service volume.
• Assist group sales with bulk ticket buyers.
