Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch in Idaho is seeking a Lead Thrift Store Associate to assist in the management of selling donated items and daily store operations.

You will represent the Idaho Youth Ranch, handle opening, daily duties, and closing of the store, compile daily sales, and train or direct store employees.

Must be enrolled in high school or have a diploma, be at least 16 years old, and possess strong customer service skills with weekend availability.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to WOW customers.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Performs daily opening, operation, and closing of a store.
• Compiles daily sales and makes bank deposits.
• Serves as a leader by training and directing store employees.
