Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch in Idaho Falls is seeking a Lead Thrift Store Associate to help manage daily store operations and maximize charitable impact.

You will lead a team, handle opening/closing, track sales, and ensure excellent customer service while supporting our mission to nurture youth through donations and programs.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Performs functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store.
• Compiles daily sales and makes bank deposits.
• Serves as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees.
