Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch in Idaho Falls is seeking a Thrift Store Associate to join our mission-driven team. You will represent the Idaho Youth Ranch, operate cash registers, price and stock donated items, and help customers with a friendly, responsive service.

This on-site role requires weekend availability and a commitment to our values of hope, healing, resilience, and community support. We offer a supportive, compassionate work environment with benefits including medical and dental care, a 401(k)

• Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!

Our Thrift Store Associate:

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
• Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment
• Sort, clean, price and stock donated merchandise
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates and other loading/moving equipment
