Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch seeks a Lead Thrift Store Associate to represent the organization in our Meridian thrift store and help manage daily operations. You will open, operate, and close the store, handle daily sales, and assist with bank deposits while guiding others on the floor.

We value high school students or graduates who can provide excellent customer service, work weekends, and contribute to a caring, mission-driven team in a nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in high school or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to WOW customers.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
• Performs functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store
• Compiles daily sales and makes bank deposits
• Serves as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees
