Job summary

The Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a Lead Thrift Store Associate to support daily store operations and sales in Idaho. You will help open and close the store, handle daily deposits, and contribute to a welcoming customer experience for shoppers and donors alike.

As a leader, you will train staff and guide team members while representing the nonprofit’s mission to nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho youth.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Performs functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store.
• Compiles daily sales and makes bank deposits.
• Serves as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees.
