Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering.
• 5+ years in thermal and mechanical design.
• Proficiency in CAD: NX, Creo, SolidWorks.
• Experience with end-to-end development (concept to production).
• Experience with manufacturing processes (CNC, molding, stamping).
• Ability to define test requirements and review thermal tests.
• Strong problem-solving focused on manufacturability and quality.
• Experience with tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Experience working with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of liquid cooling systems and components.
• Create CAD models and drawings for thermal/mechanical parts.
• Perform structural and thermal analyses (FEA) to ensure reliability.
• Lead product development from concept to mass production.
• Define specs and validation plans for thermal/mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable design-to-production.
• Develop DFX strategies to optimize production quality.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle.
