The role emphasizes system‑level design, CFD/thermal analysis, and close collaboration with customers and cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable, manufacturable products.

Qualifikationen

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronic, or related engineering field, with at least 5 years of experience in system or sub-system development.
• Deep expertise in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermal system design, preferably with experience in liquid cooling.
• Proficiency with CAD software (like SolidWorks or Creo) and familiarity with simulation tools for CFD and thermal analysis.
• Proven experience working directly with customers to define technical requirements and develop solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both internal teams and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Lead the end-to-end development of advanced liquid cooling systems, guiding them from the initial concept and design phases through to production readiness.
• Act as a key technical partner for our customers, translating their needs into detailed engineering specifications and robust system architectures.
• Drive critical system-level design decisions, optimizing for thermal efficiency, fluid dynamics, manufacturability, and reliability.
• Define and lead the complete validation and testing strategy, using structured problem-solving to resolve technical challenges and ensure flawless performance.
• Lead cross-functional technical reviews, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration with our component, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
