Job summary

Fluid2Chip is seeking a Principal Liquid Cooling Systems Engineer to lead standards and best practices for direct-to-chip cooling systems. You will guide internal and external teams, including clients, OEMs, and industry groups.

The role entails up to 50% travel across the US and requires a strong focus on design, installation, maintenance, and operations of advanced liquid cooling systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in high-purity process cooling or mission-critical environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across business units.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain technical standards for liquid cooling system design, installation, maintenance and operations.
• Aggregate field lessons and update reference documents and training materials.
• Maintain relationships with industry groups, OEMs, hyperscalers, developers and others.
