Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with 8+ years of experience, or 12 years without a degree.
• 8 years of thermal analysis experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering cost/technical performance.
• Experience with Thermal Finite Element Analysis using PATRAN or ANSYS.
• Ability to work on Windows and Office Suite; U.S. citizen with ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical leader and/or lead analysis/test teams.
• Support staffing requests to ensure programs are staffed appropriately.
• Engage with team members on performance and career development.
• Assist with proposal preparation including estimating scope of new projects.
• Perform hand calculations and detailed analysis for structural challenges.
• Peer review analyses and document results to Raytheon ME standards.
• Deliver results to customers (internal and external).
