Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of thermal analysis experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Proficient in thermal FEM using PATRAN or ANSYS.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and structural analysis.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical leader and/or lead analysis/test teams.
• Support staffing requests to ensure programs are staffed.
• Engage with team members for performance and career development.
• Assist with proposal estimation and scope.
• Perform hand calculations to scope higher detail analyses.
• Deliver results to customers (internal and external).
