Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a qualified therapist.
• Proven leadership experience within a spa or wellness environment.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a high-end service setting.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant therapy qualifications (e.g., massage, beauty, holistic therapies).
• Additional certifications in advanced or specialised treatments.
• Knowledge of spa software and booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of high-quality therapeutic treatments consistent with the club’s standards and member preferences.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior therapists, ensuring continuous professional development and adherence to protocols.
• Manage daily treatment schedules, ensuring optimal team productivity and member satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new therapies, products, and industry trends to enhance service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations at all times.
• Handle member enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with Spa Manager and other departments to coordinate wellness events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage stock levels of therapy products and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Lead regular team meetings to foster communication, motivation, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain detailed client records and treatment documentation in line with confidentiality policies.
