Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist or Esthetician with 4–5+ years of experience.
• Active Massage Therapist and/or Esthetics state license.
• Luxury spa or hotel wellbeing experience preferred.
• Senior/lead therapist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays; 4–5 days per week.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wellbeing (Spa) team and mentor therapists.
• Provide exceptional massage and body treatments to guests.
• Set up, sanitize, and restock treatment rooms between services.
• Maintain cleanliness of wellbeing public areas and guest spaces.
• Uphold sanitation standards and accurate treatment records.
• Promote wellbeing services, treatments, and products to guests.
