Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park seeks a Lead Massage Therapist to guide practitioner development, uphold service excellence, and enhance guest experiences in a luxury spa.

The role partners with spa leadership to ensure every touchpoint reflects Forbes standards. Licenses in massage/esthetician required in California; dual licensure preferred for expanded scope. Competitive hourly pay with strong benefits in a luxury setting.

Formación

• Must hold and maintain a current massage, esthetics and/or nail technician license (dual licensure preferred).
• Licensed esthetician in California required with current board status.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire and cultivate a service-driven spa culture while supporting hiring needs.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, training schedules, treatment menu curation, service quality assurance, practitioner scheduling and service flow.
• Lead onboarding and coaching of practitioners.
• Support spa leadership with outreach and marketing initiatives to grow spa awareness.
• Welcome and orient guests to spa amenities and offerings.
• Provide clear, engaging descriptions of treatments, packages, and programming.
• Promote spa services, retail, and seasonal experiences.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Ensure a clean, safe, well-organized spa environment with CA Massage Council and Forbes Standards.
