Black Bella Spa is seeking a Spa Coordinator to lead the in-house movement of clients and manage treatment room assignments in a luxury setting. The role emphasizes leadership, detailed coordination, and high standards of service.

Training will cover retail, memberships, and service enhancements, with opportunities to grow within a premium wellness brand. This on-site position requires punctuality, professionalism, and a warm, guest-focused attitude to maintain an exceptional luxury experience

Qualifications

• Hands-on administrative role and leadership responsibilities.
• Must coordinate treatment room assignments and spa flow.
• Excellent communication, hospitality, and client service.
• Ability to upsell spa services and memberships (training provided).
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and professional at all times.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate who is in every treatment room at all times and lead in-house movement of clients.
• Open and close the spa; arrive 30 minutes before first session.
• Prepare, clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms and client spaces.
• Provide warm, gracious hospitality to guests, team members, and vendors.
• Maintain spa standards and policy compliance; train as needed.
