You will help develop daily schedules and activities, model calm communication, document behavior notes, transport youths as needed, and coordinate with leadership to uphold treatment goals and crisis prevention protocols.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED with experience in Human Services or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance.

Aufgaben

• Supervise staff and youth during shifts and ensure program safety.
• Assign shift tasks and monitor adherence to treatment plans.
• Facilitate and adapt scheduled activities and group meetings.
• Document exceptional behaviors and concerns at shift changes or in client records.
• Transport youth to school, outings, and appointments as needed.
• Model positive behavior and support development of life skills.
• Coordinate with leadership to update inventories, supplies, and communications.
• Provide crisis prevention and use de-escalation techniques as necessary.
