Job summary

BBH Burrell Behavioral Health in Saint Louis, MO seeks a Clinical Supervisor (Residential) to provide clinical direction and oversee team implementations of treatment plans. You will lead weekly staffings, ensure quality services, and maintain supervision records in a mission-driven residential setting.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in a relevant field with supervisory experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment, plus licensure or credentials as applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or related field with 3+ years in behavioral health and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in behavioral health and 2 years supervisory experience.
• Addiction Professional certified with 4 years in the field and 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Licensed counselor/psychologist/physician in Missouri with 1+ year of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and direction to team members, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust services as needed.
• Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing, team, and diagnostic disposition meetings to ensure comprehensive services.
• Conduct team member evaluations, provide corrective coaching, and maintain supervision records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and develop quality improvement plans.
• Collaborate with other agencies, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to provide comprehensive services.
