Job summary
BBH Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Residential Coordinator to join our Recovery Services team in Missouri. This role supports daily operations, mentors a team of Behavioral Health Technicians, and nurtures a safe, respectful environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
You will lead scheduling, onboarding, training, and documentation, ensuring program compliance and high‑quality care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing or related field, or high school diploma with 2+ years' experience in substance abuse treatment or mental health, including supervisory experience.
- Experience leading or supervising a team in a clinical or residential setting.
- Ability to support compliance, documentation and training requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support daily residential operations to maintain a safe, structured environment for residents.
- Supervise and support Behavioral Health Technicians and residential staff.
- Onboard and train new staff on program expectations, client rights and procedures.
- Schedule staff and ensure proper coverage per program standards.
- Monitor overtime and staffing needs with leadership.
