Brightli seeks a Lead Advanced Residential Support Staff to guide staff and youth through shifts, assign tasks, and collaborate with leadership and the activities coordinator to develop schedules and activities for youth.

The role includes supervising staff and youth, monitoring progress, implementing crisis prevention and de‑escalation techniques, transporting youth as needed, and maintaining careful documentation to support safe, therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED with experience in Human Services or related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and collision insurance to cover transport of clients.

Aufgaben

• Lead shift and assign tasks; ensure safety and therapeutic goals.
• Supervise staff and youth; monitor progress and behavior.
• Develop schedules and activities with leadership and activities coordinator.
• Transport youth to school and community appointments as needed.
• Document behavior and concerns at shift change or in records.
• Administer medications per physician orders when assigned.
• Model positive behavior and promote resilience and healthy life skills.
• Participate in meetings and adapt activities as needed.
